ABOUT ABOUT

Safari is a web browser which represents the data graphically and is developed by Apple. Initially it was compatible only with the Mac operating System but now the updated versions are compatible with the Windows also. It is always the default browser on the Apple devices.

Safari browser is an efficient browser and is compatible with almost all the applications. If the user wishes to remain updated, all the updated versions of operating system and the applications should be there in the device. Sometimes the user faces the issue of Safari not working on Mac after update. In this case, the below mentioned fixes can be tried to make it working:

The very basic method can be tried by restarting the Apple device. In this the device is kept off for few seconds before turning on. If it does not work, the other methods can be tried.

The user can try changing the network of the device. For this, the user needs to check if the internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) is proper. In case of Wi-Fi, the router’s connection and DNS should be checked.

Sometimes the issue comes up due to incorrect settings of the network. It can be fixed by resetting all the settings to default. After resetting, the details of Wi-Fi will be removed, so the user has to save it again.

The Safari history and the data of the website might be causing the issue. So, if the cache and cookies of the browser are cleared, it might resolve the issue.

If still the issue is there, the technical support of Apple can be contacted and the contact info for reaching them is mentioned on the Apple’s website.
